We support the systems allied health practices depend on — including Cliniko, Splose and Penelope — keeping the infrastructure, security and connectivity behind them reliable.
Allied health runs to a schedule. When a clinician’s laptop will not connect ten minutes before a session, or the practice management system will not load across a second site, the cost is not measured in downtime — it is measured in clients sitting in a waiting room. Our typical response time is under 5 minutes during business hours, and you deal with the same small WA-based team every time.

Allied health does not run on the same software as general practice, and an IT provider that only knows GP systems will be learning on your time.
Cliniko and Splose are cloud platforms. The application itself is the vendor’s responsibility — but everything that determines whether it actually works for your team is ours: reliable internet with failover, correctly configured browsers and endpoints, identity and access management, secure document storage alongside the clinical record, and integration paths out to claiming terminals and telehealth.
Penelope is a heavier deployment, typically used by larger multi-disciplinary and community providers. Depending on how it is hosted, that can involve server or database considerations, user provisioning at scale, and managed access for staff spread across multiple sites.
Where a problem sits inside the application, we work alongside your software vendor rather than pretending to replace them. Where it sits in the infrastructure — which is most of the time — it is ours to own.
Laptops, desktops and tablets built consistently, patched automatically, and monitored so faults surface before a clinician reports them
Wireless coverage across consulting rooms, cabling, internet with failover so a single outage does not stop a clinic day
Secure remote access, mobile device management, and protection for client information that leaves the building
Consistent access, shared drives and identity across locations, without a separate setup at each site
Bandwidth, audio and video hardware, and platform reliability for sessions that cannot be rescheduled easily
The network and integration path behind HICAPS and Tyro terminals with your software
Company data backed up, tested, and recoverable
Endpoint protection, threat detection, email security, and application control
Licensing, migration, mailboxes, SharePoint, and secure file sharing
Allied health carries real obligations around client information, and they do not disappear because a practice is small.
Health information is sensitive information under the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles, which set expectations around storage, access control, disclosure and breach notification. Practitioners registered through AHPRA carry record-keeping and privacy obligations set by their national board. Practices delivering services as registered NDIS providers additionally sit under the NDIS Practice Standards, including requirements around information management and continuity of supports.
None of that is satisfied by software alone. It depends on who can access what, whether records are backed up and recoverable, whether devices are encrypted and controlled, and whether you would be able to demonstrate any of it if asked. That is the layer we work in.
We do not split our attention across retail, construction and legal. Every client we have is a healthcare organisation.
That is our typical first response during business hours.
No account manager sitting between you and the person who fixes the problem, and no explaining your setup from scratch every time.

We support the infrastructure these platforms depend on: endpoints, networks, identity and access, internet connectivity, backup and security. Cliniko and Splose are cloud platforms, so the practical support surface is the environment around them rather than the application itself. Penelope deployments are heavier and often involve server, database or hosted access considerations we can manage directly. Where an issue sits inside the application, we work alongside your software vendor rather than replacing them.
Yes. Mobile and community-based clinicians are a common allied health pattern. We handle secure remote access to practice systems, mobile device management, laptop and tablet builds, mobile data connectivity, and the security controls that keep client information protected when it leaves the clinic.
We support the network and connectivity these terminals rely on, including cabling, wireless coverage, internet failover and the integration path between the terminal and your practice management software. Terminal hardware faults and merchant account issues sit with the provider, and we will work alongside them to resolve anything that spans both.
Our typical response time is under 5 minutes during business hours. Allied health appointments run to a schedule, and a system outage means clinicians sitting idle while clients wait, so speed of first response matters more here than in most industries.
